In fact, she was dubbed as “America’s first female serial killer,” although there were other known females that were convicted murderers as well. Aileen did not have a very fortunate upbringing as a child. Wuornos had been a victim of neglect, abandonment, and abuse, both physically and emotionally. Due to all of these issues, Aileen became rebellious and she quickly developed behaviors of a criminal nature. Aileen eventually let her anger get to her and she murdered seven men along Florida highways, although she was only charged with sox of the murders

Aileen was arrested for murder. She was taken into custody with the cops not knowing exactly how many people that she had murdered. At first, her story was that it wasn’t murder, it was only self-defense. Aileen said that the men had tried to Rape her. She spoke to many psychiatrists over the subjects, and made many different confessions.
On December 1, 1989, an intoxicated Alieen confessed to More that she had killed someone that same morning Richard Mallory 59 years old. After that, the killing begins in the late summer and fall of
When he returned home it was obvious none of it worked as they hoped. He would start to cut class constantly and his grades dropped drastically. In the years 1978-1984 he was arrested multiple times for possession, breaking and entering, theft, and auto theft. On June 28th 1984 he committed his first homicide. He entered through a window that had been ajar and violently stabbed a woman named Jenny Vincow (age 79) while she had been sleeping.
In the sunshine state of Florida, between the years 1989 and1990 seven men were mysteriously murdered. These killings were later found to be the work of a female prostitute, who would find her victims through hitch hiking along Florida’s Highways. She caused the entire state of Florida to be on edge, and it was terrifying for the families of the seven victims. Local law enforcement were stunned by these incidents, and would do everything in their power to solve these cases. The killer who became the first female serial killer, fitting FBI’s profile was Aileen Wuornos.
As Governor, based on the facts given, the decision to commute Aileen Wuornos would have been under strict order. Examining these facts I would have recommended the courts to give her a fair chance to become a successful citizen withstanding her sentencing to life. Later, amongst progress, trial hearings to award availability of parole hearings. First psychiatric help for her mental disorder(s) as well as drug and alcohol treatment. Spiritual advisory, social counseling, and programs for life transformation amongst other programs offered, as well as educational programs.
Many people may think of Andrea Yates as the disgraceful mother who murdered all 5 of her children. Also many people do not know that she was severely ill. In fact she was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life, but a court of appeals reversed the conviction and found her insane. She was diagnosed postpartum depression and psychosis. For the people who do know what postpartum depression mean is that each time she gave birth she got more depressed due to hormone change or fatigue.
H.H. Holmes is considered by many to be America's first serial Killer. This man confessed to twenty-seven murders, but the actual number could be over two hundred murders. Men, women, children, his family members, his children, friends and enemies, no one was off limits to this man who actually earned a degree as a medical doctor. The second volume of my series on serial killers will introduce you to the women who committed serial killings.
Christina contends that she was a victim of child abuse during her mother's battle with alcoholism, including sexual abuse that occurred at the hands of one of the women that worked for her mother. The book suggests that Crawford was more concerned about her motion picture career than the well-being of her four children, and suggests she may have adopted them for publicity purposes. Besides a long list of affairs with men - whom Christina was required to call "uncle", she suggested that her mother was involved in liaisons with other women.
Aileen Wuornos lived a tragic life filled with many series of shortcomings and misfortune. Aileen Wuornos' life was anything but normal, and this is why her life of crime is no surprise. A child of early-age prostitution, awful parenting, uncaring guardians, stress, and a deceased sibling, Aileen never had a fair chance at life. However, using sociological theories can help explain why Aileen ended up living a life of crime.
When found, her body was unrecognisable according to the Police Officer in charge of the investigation, Inspector Wayne King. Within three days (Thursday 26) of the body being discovered,
During her adult life, she would turn to prostitution as a means of survival. Aileen pattern when conducting a murder involved attracting her victims by offering sex in exchange for money. Her history of sexual, physical and emotional abuse directly correlates with her difficult upbringing. Sexual behavior was the only response that Aileen distinguished, so it was the behavior she continuously

Gary Ridgway was born on February 18th, 1949, in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a child, he grew up in a troubled family and witnessed violent arguments between his parents. At the age of 16, he led another boy his age into the woods and stabbed him in the ribs "just to see what it felt like to kill someone" as Ridgway described why he did it, fortunately, the boy survived. The first murder of his was on July 7th, 1982, when a waitress named Amina Agisheff got out of work and was never seen again. The day after he took Amnina, Ridgway murders a runaway teen named Wendy Coffield.
Life is a precious blessing and should not be taken from any man or woman, on a similar ground, taking a life does not grant others to take the life of that person. On November 15, 1959 Herb, Bonnie, Kenyon, and Nancy Clutter were all murdered in their home in Holcomb, Kansas. Those convicted of these murders are the two men by the names of Perry Edward Smith and Richard Eugene Hickock, who is better known as Dick. Perry Smith and Dick Hickock should not be killed due to their crimes.
While in Florida, Wuornos eventually turned back to prostitution, traveling aimlessly across Central Florida and as far west as Tampa, Florida (Biography.com Editors, 2015). Then, in 1989, Wuornos committed her first murder – 51 year-old, Richard Mallory – shooting and killing him with her .22 caliber pistol (Biography.com Editors, 2015); Aileen later went on to kill six more men within a one year period (Biography.com Editors, 2015). Aileen Wuornos was eventually apprehended and arrested in late 1991 (Biography.com Editors, 2015); Wuornos originally plead nolo contendere to the murders claiming she acted in self-defense, however, she later admitted guilt of committing the murders and was found guilty of murder in the first degree and was convicted to death – executed on October 9, 2002 by lethal injection at Starke Florida State Prison (Biography.com Editors, 2015). In the State of Florida, where Wuornos committed her heinous crimes, the penalty for individuals convicted of first-degree murder is as
