Successful Implementation of ERP:
To successfully implementing ERP system in the organization we need to follow a structured process starting from analyzing the existing business processes in the organization to figure out how exactly they work. Then identify business scenarios and decide the way in which the business processes can be embedded in the ERP system. After this it is required to analyze the existing problems and issues in the system which can be solved using ERP. Using the analyses of the existing business processes customize the ERP system to include the best practices and standardized procedures to streamline the process. Compared to other classes, this MIS class has at home quizzes, hands-on activities, and a more laid back environment. I believe that a ERP system is not efficient or effective when it comes to classes because it makes it harder to cater to the uniqueness of each subject. It would be difficult to work with the students because there would be more constraints on teaching and learning in general. Every class and student is different, which makes creating a ERP system difficult to implement. To measure the potential improvement that an ERP system could provide to classes, the school could look at student grades or take a survey of
The principle to have a smoother implementation phase is to have an ERP that meets the organization basic specific business requirements. When the software is written for a specific industry, if the organization are into the same industry, the organization won’t have to make huge changes in

Army aviation operations definitely should be cohesive in order to properly support the ground commander’s intent. The FM 3-04 also says that, but in not so few words. “Army Aviation operations are always nested in the higher ground scheme of maneuver to protect the supported force from surprise and to enable the ground maneuver commander to develop the situation without premature commitment of combat power” (Headquarters, 2014, p. 1-6). Either way it is said, aviation operations require support from others within the aviation community to be successful in the overall mission. That support does not always need to be from other airframes.
