Successful Implementation of ERP:

To successfully implementing ERP system in the organization we need to follow a structured process starting from analyzing the existing business processes in the organization to figure out how exactly they work. Then identify business scenarios and decide the way in which the business processes can be embedded in the ERP system. After this it is required to analyze the existing problems and issues in the system which can be solved using ERP. Using the analyses of the existing business processes customize the ERP system to include the best practices and standardized procedures to streamline the process. One should avoid changing the internal business processes completely as that would lead to major change management concerns. One should try to keep the ERP implementation as close to the plain vanilla version as possible. This leads to streamlining of processes and will ensure seamless operation.
