State Farm is a very well known insurance company. They are known for their great coverage and rates; along with many other discounts that they offer to customers. They are at the top of the game against other insurance companies that they compete with. They have many various ways that they advertise to get people to come and get insurance from them. They range from funny to more sentimental types of advertisements.
Georgia Daze was very impactful in my decision in coming to the University of Georgia. As a high school senior, I was a bit skeptical about attending a university where the Black population is less that 10%. Georgia Daze showed me that I would not be alone on this large campus. The organization welcomed me into the “BUGA” family with open arms. Though I was with a group of strangers, I never felt uncomfortable or out of place; the feeling of family was overwhelmingly beautiful.
Being concerned about protecting the things you love are the natural instincts of mankind. We live in a world of ultimate control and have all experienced the unannounced spontaneous events that life throws just to prove we are not in control of everything. Alas, we should never feel the fear of not being in control and the inability to protect our loved ones. The “Never” State Farm commercial uses this feeling to convince families to buy their insurance to protect their values in everyday life. The State Farm Insurance commercial begins with an eligible bachelor that states he is never getting married.
There is diversity when it comes to race, age, and education. For example, my manager is a lady of color, and my assistant manager is Hispanic. All the employees ages ranges from 45 to 23 to 19, and more ages in between. Finally, our education is different. I am the only one in college while the rest of the employees were finished after high school.
By providing educational opportunities, Alliah enables stakeholders to develop knowledge and sensitivity toward different cultures. Secondly, creating an inclusive environment is crucial. Redlands’ excellent ethnic diversity reveals statistics with less than half of white majority and more than half of minority students. As a Hispanic female, the word minority has traveled with me constantly. The fact that The University of Redlands encourages all minorities as well as the majority to pursue a future career captivates my attention. Truly, diversity has inspired me of to collaborate and compete with many different cultures and morals.

Why State Farm was so successful in using humor: State Farm has been known as one of the best insurance companies in the United States for a while know. To keep ahead of the competition, State Farm has been creating unique, funny advertisements. Each humorous advertisement State Farm creates lures a different type of customer in based on many target audiences the company goes after. Four very well known commercials of State Farm are the use of Saturday Night Live “Coneheads” characters, the “Hoopers”, Jake from State Farm, and the newest one Jake from State Farm “Emoji” edition.
Diversity in the united state has been extended to a broader understanding of what diversity really means. Diversity first meaning is that positions should not be segregated by gender. For example a board of directors should have women on the board and there should be a male as the receptionists. Next be the diversity of wide range of ethnicities like Asian, Hispanics, etc., religions national origins, class. For example people from poor and rich should both be represented.

Many organizations have recognized that the workforce is changing and they are working to create a work environment in which diversity and difference are valued and in which employees can work to their fullest. They are dealing with the problems that arise when people in the workplace communicate.

Since there have a lot of different race in Malaysia and also most of the workers are from the different background so it can easily cause communication barrier happen between all the workers within the workplace. SUPERMAX should treat this issue seriously and handle it properly in order to avoid misunderstanding and tension between employees. It is vitally significant that there is a good relationship between all the employees and also the superior because it can affect the company’s productivity and efficiency.
