Through my past year and a half as an Alpha Phi, I have grown immensely as a woman. I have learned that women can lead hundreds of other women to success, which snowballs into thousands of successful Alpha Phis. I believe that participating in a women 's leadership development experience because I can carry on what I have learned to other women in my chapter. I believe this experience would be extremely helpful in me serving my chapter as the Vice President of Community Relations, and would help me develop to lead these women to the best of my ability.
