Speech is a gift from the god to mankind. A human voices his/her opinions through speech. Hence, it’s a basic right given to us at birth and therefore everyone has a right to Freedom of Speech (Freedom of opinion & expression). Freedom of Speech is a right which is provided to us by the Constitution of India which is given in article 19. In the light of guaranteeing individual rights which were considered necessary by the framers of the Constitution. The right to Freedom in Article 19 certifies the Freedom of Speech and Expression as one of the six Freedoms.
