I, Cristel Funes believe that the people have the most power according to the Constitution. Since the people vote, that means the country, and laws are in the hands of the people . “We the People” means that the people are in control of the government, not that the government is in charge of the people. I think that things like voting, The Bill of Rights, and the Preamble make it clear that the People have the most power. “ We the People” - the preamble We the People is the introduction to the preamble of the US Constitution. The preamble is a short introduction of what the constitution 's rules are. “We the people” talks about how the people want to make a better country/ union. The constitution form a “perfect union”which means that is almost perfect , but they just wanna make it better than it already is . The preamble explains the reasons why the Framers of the Constitution made our government a republic. The people obviously have the most power in the constitution because its about the people , the people included at all time. The ten amendments of the constitution makes the bill of rights , the bill of rights is a specific promise of personal freedom and rights which is the constitution. Sometimes we think the president has more power but actually they are all balanced. but at the end of the day the people have more rights to the constitution because the people are what made the constitution. The bill of rights are the amendments, the amendments were made to make the perfect union but the federalist argued that we didn 't need them but we actually need them because spell out the freedoms of the people and protects rights of the
