EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

In the business context marketing is considered to be the practice of organizations and individuals, as well commercial businesses, institutions and the government. Marketing enables them to sell products or services to other companies in order firm them as well to resell them, to either make use of it in their products or services or to advocate their works.
Marketing in the business context can be as well referred to as Industrial marketing or alternatively as business to business marketing.
Marketing is the study of the exchange in relationships.
In this research project I had decided to use to competing franchisers them being Burger King and Mac Donald. These two franchisers and brands have both been considered the most popular and most well known in that they gain a lot of support from the public in south Africa, and they are both businesses which are opened internationally hence making the both of them competing businesses. And in this research project I have chosen to focus on assessing marketing for both of these Brands and Franchisers
Many things can be applied by these two franchisers in order to make their business a success and to gain competitive advantage. And so with this project we assess and research how each of these brands have done
