Nestlé has implemented an ERP system to improve the flow of information within the company. ERP system enables Nestlé to keep track of customer’ orders, reduce overstocking, allow group purchasing of materials and data sharing among subsidiaries. Unfortunately, there are several management problems occurs for this implementation. Firstly, the failure of employees to understand the usage of the new system. Besides, stakeholders fail to realize the project’s feasibility and the resistance of employees to change causes the delay in the project.
