Horrible and stressful situations strengthen human relationships. Intensely tragic events force people to spend an abundance of time together in order to find answers. True humanity shows when society bands together. Furthermore, crisis requires people to confront their emotions, consequently letting individuals speak things that otherwise would not be spoken.
