How does one limit their reasoning of how Oprah Winfrey has changed their lives. I would like to start with the fact of how she has shown me that women can be just as powerful as men. In this world today it can be hard to remember that, but Winfrey will never let you forget it. From starting her own charity to help girls get a better education in a place where they were told they couldn’t be taught and are treated like objects. She has continue to strive for a better place for every human, no matter race, gender, sexuality or past life.

She underwent a gradual change that required introspective reflection. She had small goals that she worked hard to accomplish. As her goal grew bigger, so did her accomplishments. She has not forgotten her origins and that makes her accomplishments even greater. Towards the end of the interview, Plorin offered advice that resonated greatly with me, "read and write and do what you love."
The words “lopsided” and “crooked” clearly reveal to us that for Cisneros, success meant completing the task, despite the flaws in it. Her tortillas turned out “lopsided and crooked” just as her essay did, but all that mattered was the fact that she completed the task. Furthermore, she states “I can’t think of anything else I’d rather be than a writer” (Cisneros 164). Through this quote, as readers we can assume that Cisneros’s experiences led her in becoming a successful writer. In conclusion, Benjamin Franklin and Sandra Cisneros both share their experiences of achieving success in different ways.
Mallard’s strong desire about freedom, the special way of using the women’s view and using symbolism to show Mrs. Mallard’s hopeless life about fighting for freedom. These ways showed not only how Mrs. Mallard developed the feminism in her heart, but also the feminism at that time. Moreover, even this article was old, it can still give me something new about feminism, and also strengthen my opinion about feminism. All in all, the story of an hour has shown feminism and improve that Kate Chopin was a feminist writer, she tried a lot in this article and really succeed in this trying. She is really a great writer, especially in feminist

When a women’s focus turns to her body and listening to people who understand the experience of womanhood, she starts believing in herself, there is more connection and stability and this gives her the confidence to write her own future in her own terms. The poem Beneath the Shadow of the Freeway written by Lorna Dee Cervantes, and the movie Hidden Figures originally a book written by Margot Lee Shetterly both convey the theme of empowerment to hard-working, strong women who can be just as smart and diligent as a man without the actual help of one. Both Dee Cervantes’ poem and Shetterly’s movie/book voice the importance of being strong willed as a women and making a life for yourself regardless your situation. Two concepts I found in these pieces of literature that I would like to obtain personally is the topic: focus on what you can control, not what you can’t, and cultivate a strong support group to achieve your success. Focus on what you can control, not what you can’t. In the movie Hidden

Women were seen to be selfless and pure and the men more aggressive and hard. Question 2: • I like how Brontë starts off by acknowledging and thanking her supporters. • I think it is important and well-done of Brontë to take the options and criticism of others into consideration like she has. • I feel as if in a way she is trying to push the public to be more involved and read more into her writings as her publishers have. • I admire how she has sort of just brushed off what the
