Kalamassery. The questionnaire used for the survey was mainly based on the 5 factors namely skill variety, task identity, task variety, autonomy and feedback. Question numbers 1,6 and 11 stands for skill variety. Question numbers 2,7 and 12 stands for task identity. 3,8 and 13 for task variety. 4,9 and 14 for autonomy and 5, 10 and 15 for feedback. The company also is very much concerned about the job satisfaction level of the employees. Among the employees most of the management staffs and about half of the workers are highly satisfied with their work. I can conclude that the study was more helpful to me to know about the different factors which influence the employee satisfaction. The company should conduct similar kind of studies at regular intervals to maintain the employees in the organization.
