In my essay, I will talk about different business strategies which companies can adopt in case of responding to issues of globalization. First of all, I would like to define all the terms that will appear in my essay. Globalization is the global evolution toward economic, financial, trade, and communications integration which implies the opening of regional and nationalistic perspectives to a wide attitude of an interconnected and interdependent world with free transfer of capital, goods, and services across domestic frontiers. I will try to explore why and how Apple has become such a successful high-tech corporation, to know that I have to delve into globalization strategies of Apple. Moreover, I will talk about the cooperation of Apple and China. In the global market, Apple has become successful especially because of their advanced methods. As a global corporation, Apple Inc has realized the significance of globalization and started spreading their influence all over the world. Apple’s main strategy is broad differentiation. This strategy focuses on key features that differentiate the company and its goods from competitors. Through the broad differentiation main strategy, Apple stands out in the market. Moreover, Apple is good at catching opportunities in the global market. For example, Apple and China Mobile (the world’s biggest mobile carrier, they have 740 million subscribers) have been working on an iPhone distribution agreement for more than six years. They also promise to make a contract in order to collaborate with the iPhone 5C although Apple has already worked with ones of the largest China mobile carrier - China Unicom and China Telecom for several years. This applies to all stakeholders’ groups - investors, business managers, labour, suppliers, consumers, administrative bureaucrats and politicians , government servants, young and old men and women as also all types of organizations - firms, trade associations, civic authorities, civil societies, social and cultural organizations, religious centers, scientific bodies, educational centers, political parties, the military organizations. Those who cannot adapt to the global forces sooner will lose their stability and struggle to survive. Those who adjust and convert global opportunities into strategies that make them stronger and continuously relevant so they cope with the threats from the environment more effectively. Globalization is the main factor of the international business. This is a new era of globalization that brings with it opportunities and also new challenges with the dynamics of a free market.
