The main approach to leadership is to concentrate on the thought to develop the organization. Let us consider that a person is working in a bank and he is on the post of manger over there. The job of this is to manage the particular branch. Therefore, as a leader, he also has the manage the other group members. The person must have the leadership abilities so that he can handle all the situations. He also encourages the teammates to solve problems by using different traits and theories. An individual working in an organization or bank must have all the characteristics which are required to become a great leader. It does not a follow “one size fits all” process. Leadership styles must be chosen and modified to fit in an organization, particular situations, any group, as well as individuals. It is hence helpful to have a complete understanding of all various styles. Different leadership styles are Autocratic Leadership Style, Bureaucratic Leadership Style, Charismatic Leadership Style, Participative Leadership Style, and Transactional Leadership Style.
I emphasize on Charismatic Leadership Style. The theory of Charismatic leadership fundamentally describes what one can expect from leaders and teammates both. It is a type of leadership style which is recognizable but might be detected with little materiality than any other leadership style (Bell, 2013). Charismatic leaders generally inspire the enthusiasm in the teammates and make their team members more energetic by motivating the members to move ahead. The succeeding joy and seriousness from team members is a tremendous quality to productiveness and goal accomplishment. Also, there is a negative side of the charismatic leadership which is the confidence that is placed in any leader instead in the employees. This negative side can even generate the risk of a program or even in the whole organization misadventure if the leader of the organization quits.
