Illiana Christian High School has been providing students with a Christ-centered education for a long time. In fact, students that currently attend Illiana have grandparents that also attended Illiana. Over time, Illiana Christian High School has changed in many ways. At the same time, Illiana has stayed the same throughout the years. Illiana’s building, classes, and dress code are very different from the early 70’s, but its discipline policies and after school activities are still very similar.
They made me feel welcomed by asking me questions and getting me involved with the class discussions and debates. Another reason why i want to attend mitty is because of my love for team sports. When I walked into the main gym I was amazed on how big it was. But I could see myself attending and playing in sporting events. Every since I was a 5 years old i played sports.
Another reason that I want to go to Mitty is that I want to be closer to my home if I am needed. My grandmother is alone at home since my grandfather passed away last year. She doesn’t drive and needs company sometimes when she misses my grandfather. Mitty is very close to my home that will allow me to help my parents when the time comes that I can go home when needed and also close to my sisters’ school at Saint
Not only will I be receiving an excellent education, I will also be learning to grow into a more spiritual, moral person. At St. Brigid’s School, I have done my best to be a good student. I work hard and study to achieve academic success, and I ask my parents and teachers for help if I don’t understand a concept I have been learning. During my time at St.
Growing up in the Bitterroot Valley I have been surrounded by farms and I have been friends with many people who live on farms. I love being outside and growing things and I think NMH would be foster that. Another of my criteria was a strong volleyball program and after watching a few games I can see that the team is very skilled. I was able to be part of a very successful team this year and I want to experience that again and again.
The main reason why I would love to attend Cal Lutheran is because of my sophomore year homeroom teacher, a Cal Lutheran alumni. During my sophomore year, I struggled in Algebra 2, and my teacher helped me by giving me additional support. She is a wonderful person, who says that part of the person she is today is because of her college years. She talked a lot about her experiences in Cal Lutheran and how it contributed to her future, and I would picture myself in Cal Lutheran doing the things she was doing. I would like to attend Cal Lutheran because I want to become a helpful and wonderful person just like my teacher.
Why do you wish to attend XYZ University? How do you expect it to benefit your future? I wish to attend Guilford Technical Community College because I think it would benefit my future. Attending GTCC would benefit my future because community college is normally a lot more inexpensive than a traditional four-year university. Getting credits at a community college then transferring to a four-year university could possibly save me fairly a lot of money.
Most students are eager to leave home immediately after graduating high school. However, the reality is, most students aren’t ready to start at a four-year university. Community college is an easy way to obtain basic classes for less money, give students who aren’t ready to leave home a chance to become independent while still living at home, and for those who are first generation college students make the transition easier while allowing the same students to figure out whether or not a university will be a good next step. According to College Atlas, Money is the number one reason high school graduates don’t end up furthering their education.
I would excel at Stevenson University because I would take advantage of the small campus size. I look forward to building rapport with my teachers and working with them to learn more and expand my interests. When challenging classes emerge, I will use my professors and fellow students to help me succeed. In addition, the small size of the university will allow me to network with others and build relationships that could perhaps last a lifetime. Finally, my outgoing personality will bring a fun and vibrant feel to the university.
My mom always told to cherish what I have and I knew what she meant. Even though Lord Kelvin isn't the top rated elementary school in all of Canada or a school that had years of history, it felt warm and cozy. I learned sharing, caring and manners in
When I think of achievement, the one school that comes to mind is St. Francis. It is a school of diversity that is filled with energy. There are so many clubs to join, services to take part in, and opportunity just lies before me. But what really draws me towards St. Francis is the caring to everyone no matter who they are. Everyone takes part in different community services so that they can help others.
These three things make MQP the best grade school for me and my classmates. MQP has always had good coaches and sports teams; they make every sport fun. Every week we come together as a whole school to celebrate Mass. I think that is a great way for the students to get to know their pastor and
Within Detroit Cristo Rey Jesuit Education, I find it pleasing how we were able to attend mass every month and how we were able to do confessions at school. It is different from a regular school. I had the opportunity to take a theology class where I learned more about Jesus and his
Also, my school has an alternate program which is a place for a smaller classroom environment. As well as, close supervision and individualized attention to improve grades, and assistance in curbing excessive absences. Which lowers the dropout rate compared to other school. As well as a clubs, sports, and other activities are funded. All these components are key factors to why the majority of the population attend college and have the opportunity to be an NCAA athlete including myself.
Another exciting aspect of Notre Dame life is how much spirit the students have. Whether it's worship or athletics, everyone is always devoted. I need to be somewhere students are happy to be and I can succeed. I know Notre Dame is that place.
