Is Georgia a free state. To me my opinion I say yes. Why? Most people are able to speak their mind. Therefore i think Georgia is a free state. I was ask this question by my mom she said "Do you think we are living the american dream". My response was hard to describe. I said no i don 't think we are living the american dream. Why is Georgia a free state to me. Georgia is a free state to me because for example if you live in a diffirent state and you have a lot of rules to follow then that 's not a free state to me you need to be able to speak your own mind and have a freedom of speech just like one of your ten amendment 's. You have the right to speak your own mind in any state country etc..... The free state all always stayed in

Coker v. Georgia is a case about a man, Ehrlich Anthony Coker, that was serving time for sentences of murder, rape, kidnapping, and assault. He managed to escape from prison and commit several other crimes once he escaped. Of these crimes committed once escaped were rape, armed robbery, and other offenses as well. Coker broke into a Georgia family’s home and raped the women home at the time and stole her car. Due to the nature of his crimes, he was sentenced to the death penalty.

When a flag is presented in a rival that brings hate and discontent to America it should be removed from being displayed. I strongly am offended of the Confederate flag and my opinion is a lot of others are also offended. The constant reminder of the mistreatment and enslavement of the black race is still being suffered by black people today. The confederate flag brings grief to my heart as my ancestors were subjected to slavery.
If we do not win this debate, our liberation from Great Britain would have been pointless. I support the Antifederalist for this exact reason. We need a Bill Of Right to protect us from the government crushing hand. The Federalist want us to go along with a promise! Just a set of pretty words and an system of checks and balances!

They Did It ! Recently a decision was made that will change America forever. On August 18th Tennessee became the 36th state to ratify the 19th amendment, therefore granting women the right to vote in all states. This decision with certainly be met with both support and opposition from many.
Federalism Federalism is a system of government in which power is divided between federal government, state government and provinces government. While federalism has many benefits, among them is checks and balances between the federal and state government, thus reducing the chances of one party getting too powerful and abusing their power. Preventing one party from being too powerful and abusing their powers is a good thing. However, it comes with a price that federal and provinces (state and local) governments do not always see eye to eye and agree with each other, which turns into conflict.
We can’t protest against the rules that determined by the community. For example, smoking is a right, but you can’t smoke in a shopping mall. We hear other people’s requests and needs. Yes, a person’s freedom ends where someone else’s rights
