Everything that is fair is not always equal.Like when someone uses an older brother and he gets more things than someone else, he might know that it is fair but someone else knows that it is not equal.Or when some get more attention then because someone else is younger than him, still it is fair for them but not equal.Or when some get more attention then because someone else is younger than him, still it is fair for them but not equal.
What is fair and Equal. Fair means that every is good with everybody and they got the thing that is just as great of the other thing.

Middle school is not fair or equal. But not when a school makes a changeWhen someone sits alone at a table they may feel friendless.A school is trying to change that way buy making certain cards for tables.
A school is making cards so when you come in you get a card and you go to the color table that your color is.This is helping the kids that don't have a lot of friends.Most kids think when they have no friends they will never have any.
Conclusion
All most every thing that is fair is not equal.Not anything or any place is fair and equal.Most kids thinks if they have no friends they will never have anything It does not matter what's on the outside but what matters is what is the insides.Finally something that is equal is fair most of the time if it is the same
