My Thoughts on Hillary Clinton
When considering Hillary Clinton for presidential candidacy, I believe that the scandals swirling around her detract from her eligibility to be elected to the highest office in the land. Her experience isn’t enough for her to be a worthy president, we need to trust in the person who takes that place and Hillary Clinton is far from trustworthy. Although Before I can get into the topic of this paper its best to kick it off with a brief history of the woman herself.
Hillary Rodham was born on October 26th, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Wellesley College, afterwards Hillary then went to Yale Law School, where she met Bill Clinton. Rodham graduated with honors in 1973 and then went on to do a years’ worth of post-graduate study at Yale Child Study Center. Soon after graduating she “followed her heart to Arkansas” where Bill Clinton began his political career.

Although she called it a "completely honest bureaucratic snafu." She was the one who hired Livingston and was alleged to have looked at the files and request this move.
Drug deal donor scandal – Jorge Cabrera a convicted drug trafficker, appeared to have made such a generous donation to the Clintons campaign that he was then invited to the White House without Secret Service present.
The email scandal – From 2009 to 2013 (while serving as secretary of state) she used a private email account to conduct official government business, saying it was a matter of personal “Convenience” although what was not convenient was the fact that she deleted thousands of emails she considered personal. Now keep in mind Federal laws and regulations require government employees to keep to keep personal emails that deal with official
A seemingly uncorrelated death of a child becomes an attack on two businesses that brought forth unwanted attention. It reveals how corporations can truly neglect their surroundings and the safety of citizens without remorse. In the quaint town of Woburn, Massachusetts, the death of Anne Anderson’s son due to leukemia quickly transformed from a personal tragedy to an extensive lawsuit. Anne Anderson approached Jan Schlichtmann, a personal injury lawyer, to tackle the case. From the beginning, Anne makes it clear that she does not want money, she simply wants an apology.
Ashley Ross with TIME, also reveals from the Vanity Fair article that Monica Lewinsky never wants to be “celebrated” for the scandal, because she has “regrets”, although she thought she was being “pretty discreet, but too immature and didn’t have the foresight to see what the possible ramifications of this could be.” (2014). Monica Lewinsky should be commended for coming back into the public eye, because although she was a young intern during the time of the scandal, her recent presence demonstrates that she’s human and it’s ok to make mistakes and move on. With all of the social media humiliation in society, there are an abundance of young girls and women who are caught in the web of internet embarrassment. Monica Lewinsky’s story could be one of encouragement, and her strength to persevere proves Monica to be a wonderful ambassador for troubled
This presidential debate brings up many perspectives and conflict in which candidate would make a better president. Simply said, this presidential race, is like no other. In the article “If Necessary, I’ll Vote Trump Over Hillary,” that was published in February 24, 2016 by Nicole Russel, does not represent a good overview of the both candidates due to her bias opinions The Federalist Article, lacks details of Trump, but explores in depth of Hillary. Russel explains how “Clinton Has a Terrible Track Record” by breaking down the issues she faced as the Secretary of state. Furthermore, Russel explains how Hillary is proven to be a liar, and a example such as her “illegal” use of a personal email was brought up.
Hilary Clinton was seen as a hero. Although she did claim Monica Lewinsky to be a "Narcissistic Looney Tune", She stayed with Bill Clinton and was seen as a saint and a hero for it. The affair was such a big story it is still mentioned and referenced by the media today especially since Hilary is running for president this
Enrichment Paper 2 When I think of major scandals of my time, none are more relevant than Bill Clinton an intern Monica Lewinsky. But if you ask someone older, they are going to say Richard Nixon and the Water gate scandal, both were very damaging to the United States, because of the lying and tampering of evidence which affected innocent people it. Clinton and Nixon were the only presidents in our history to be impeached with the greatest significant scandals there ever was. Nixon immediately resigned, while Clinton stayed in office after impeachment.
Liberals have always been fear-mongering fools but The L.A. Times and writer James Kirchick have, officially, lost their minds. So fearful of a Donald Trump Presidency, thereby ruining their Liberal World Order that they are now resorting to throwing out scenarios that have President Trump nuking a country because they made fun of his small hands? They may have had a case if Trump, in some liberal time-line, Trump ran across the stage at one of the Republican debates and beat Marco Rubio to a bloody pulp, screaming "My hands are normal... My hands are Normal".
It seems like Leslie Jones is everywhere these days, doesn’t it? A few of years ago, however, she might have been just a blip on the comedy radar. The Ghostbusters star joined Saturday Night Live in 2014 when she was 46 years old—the oldest cast member the sketch comedy show had ever hired. "I mentioned her to several managers and agents over the years. Everybody passed.
There have been a lot of different President Scandals. The one with Thomas Jefferson and his slave and when they fell in love with each other and had at least one child, I think that's okay for me. I wouldn't think anything bad about Thomas Jefferson, he just liked her, but I also think that if someone had discovered this when Jefferson was alive, I think they would have killed them or punished him with something. With the Andrew Jackson's one with his girlfriend who became his wife, I think that it's okay with this one, too. Jackson and Rachel just were in love and it was Rachel's choice to run away and marry Jackson
Mexican Americans have immigrated and emigrated to Americas since before the Mexican American war of 1848. Immigration of Chicanos has been happening for a very long time, but the only difference is that it is now becoming a problem. Before the border was created Mexicans would legally cross to America, with no immigration problems, until 1924. When the border was created, Mexicans and Chicanos no longer has access to their old Chicano lives. Children continue to illegally be brought to America in search of better opportunities.
It looks like her due date is fast approaching! Last time, actress and movie star Mila Kunis shows off her baby bump with Ashton Kutcher. They're one of the hottest couples in the United States up to date. They were seen in a Dodgers baseball game cheering against the Cubs.
When polling adults belonging to multiple generations from baby boomers to millennials on modern presidential popularity, President William Clinton receives numerous nominations, regardless of one’s political affiliation. William J. Clinton, a democrat and former Arkansas governor, served two presidential terms from 1993-2001. With a presidency riddled with scandal, President Clinton managed to retain high approval ratings with a peek rating of 77% during his impeachment hearings in 1998 (Krishnakumar). When asked about modern presidents with the least popularity, President George W. Bush is frequently mentioned. Although President Clinton had gray areas surrounding his political background, dating back to the 1970’s, the public’s overall view of him is positive.
The United States of America, being a country founded by immigrants, is known all over the world as the land of great opportunities. People from all walks of life travelled across the globe, taking a chance to find a better life for them and their family. Over the years, the population of immigrants has grown immensely, resulting in the currently controversial issue of illegal immigration. Illegal immigrants are the people who have overstayed the time granted on their US, visa or those who have broken the federal law by crossing the border illegally. Matt O’Brien stated in his article “The government thinks that 10.8 million illegal immigrants lived in the country in January 2009, down from a peak of nearly 12 million in 2007.”(Para, 2) While some argue that illegal immigrants burden the United States of America and its economy, others believe that they have become essential and are an important part of the US, economy.
Today’s hot topics in the news are Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton. Which candidate can successfully back bite the other and dish up their unethical and immorally wrong doing from the past. How many scandals can one political team publicized in order to win the populations vote from the other team? The government has been fighting against one another since the beginning of time. There is no sense of partnership when it comes to the government doing what is best for the people as a whole.
Reportedly, the singer and actress, who started her line of work in the Broadway musical 13 - Ariana Grande, kissed a girl, and although the pop singer seemingly liked it, Ariana Grande didn't have a sudden feeling of excitement and pleasure with the explosion of attention that resulted from the incident. However, Ariana Grande then posted on her Instagram account that the singer didn't mean to share her kiss publicly. (p.s. this was totally posted by accident)."
In our advanced 21st century, it is hard to imagine our society as anything short of perfect. After all, we have come a long way from our seafaring ancestors. However, the reality is that despite how we may sometimes avoid seeing it, our society is anything but perfect. A very prevalent issue today is that despite laws being set in place to enforce the equal treatment of men and women, women all over the world today still face poor treatment and discrimination. Because of how deep and long this problem has run, revising discriminatory laws may not abolish discrimination and legislating laws that endorse gender equality may not necessarily create equality.
