Have you ever thought in depth on what a teen may experience on a daily basis? There are unfortunately many things, but stress is undoubtedly one of the most dangerous out of all a teen may experience. No one ever bothers to take the time to confront a teen and ask if he or she is stressed out, and this can lead to thoughts that a teen shouldn 't be thinking. The first one comes from Lukas; age 13. Some of his personal thoughts on teen stress are “Stress should not be such a huge problem; stress affects me sometimes and it can make me moody.” We can conclude from this that stress is in fact a problem for some teens can have other personal side effects. The next one comes from Jason and he is also the age of 13. He states “Honestly it 's just a natural occurrence to stress out. In conclusion, stress is quite bad for you and you should try to avoid it. We talked about teen stress since teens experience stress the most from most statistics as seen. Some teens know it 's happening but just don 't know what to do, or who to ask.
