Vegetarianism When I was young, I never took care of my health. In fact, I never even thought about it throughout my entire life. Now that I am forty, though, I am starting to think of ways in which I can improve my health. The first question on my mind was: what can I do to improve my health? The second question on my mind was: If I already have good health, what can I do to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Even though there are countless forms of improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, an answer to my second question would be to change my eating habits. If I become a vegetarian, maybe I could live longer and maybe I could degrade possible complications that result from bad health. That is when my third question emerged: Do vegetarian people actually live a longer and healthier life? It is important to keep in mind that the intent to become vegetarian does not only branch off from resigning the consumption of meat; the cause is much deeper. Many people prefer to abandon the tradition of consuming other inferior species for dietary supply, consuming green instead. Consequently, In order to find a concise and precise way in figuring out whether vegetarian people indeed live a longer life I searched numerous important and necessary information, such as, “can I live longer being a vegetarian” or “Vegetarianism: pros and cons.” Other kinds of searches that were very effective for me were journal studies about vegetarianism.
