High school? It was one of the best four years a teenager could have experience as a human on earth. On my first day of freshman year I had no idea what high school would have for me. As the years progressed throughout high school many army recruiters tried to convince me to join the service as soon as my graduation was over. The ability to join and protect our country is very honorable but the fear of going to war and having the possible chance of dying is not a great career path to follow. Attending college and studying to become a nurse has higher possibilities for me to do the things I want in life. College is a great time for students and a great way to receive a higher education instead of being in the acts of war when I’m only 20 years of age. I love helping my peers, family members, and strangers, it’s a passion that I have and want to pursue with nursing.
