In their life, they are not accountable for their actions. Write Positive Journal: Maintain a positive journal. Record the positive experience in your everyday lives. Journal will help you in many ways; it will help you in making a right decision. I have been doing it for many years. One thing I’ve found – It helps me in dealing with my bad days. When I find myself sad, it helps me in exploring my thoughts and the positive side of the stories. In fact, I had written a few articles on this subject as well. There are different kinds of subjects you can focus on writing, such as a daily journal of productivity. Spend Time With Families: Instead of looking for happiness in smoking, drinking, drugs or any other addictions try to spend time with your families or friends.
