As the management team of Aroma café, we are required to make an important decision on deciding a place for our new branch in Johor Bahru. Therefore, the rational decision making model is needed for our situation. First is identify the problem, the problem in our café is to choose the best places to set up our second branches and this needed to be analyse by the criteria. As the criteria is needed to analyse the alternatives, we need to identify the criteria. First is rental, rental is important for our café because if the rental is too high, it will become a burden for our café.
