Ashley Christy Character Analysis

According to World Bank, there are over 7 billion people on planet earth, but one of them stands out from the rest. Ashley Christy, or as I know her Mrs. Christy is a teacher, coach, and mother of two. Over the two years, I have known Mrs. Christy, she has exhibited many leadership characteristics like communication, determination, and inspiration.
As a matter of fact, Mrs. Christy is great at communicating with others, no matter their age or cultural background. Being a mother, teacher, and coach she has to deal with a lot of people in one day. Even though there is a lot to do and many people to deal with, she remains positive and upbeat. While talking to her players, she is able to get her point across without making us feel that we suck. She is able to make you see the problem and able to give guidance where it is needed. Along with her ability to give great corrective criticism, she is also very compassionate. An example of this is when I had first gotten my Invisalign during the fall I was in a lot of pain. I went to go talk to her and see what I should do about practice. Right away she was able to console me and make me feel better. Her compassion is evident in the way she talks to us. She always treats everyone like they are the most important thing which allows her to gain the trust and admiration of others.
