Sachs (2010) argued that feeding population in future would require the development of alternative sources of protein, such as seaweed, cultured meat beans, fungi and insects. One of the effective ways to solve above written problems is including insects to local diet and growing them to have an insect farming. Insects play a valuable role in sustaining nature, because according to the research conducted by FAO(Food and Agriculture Organization), they consume relatively less water, contain highly variable nutritional components such as protein, fat, micronutrients and vitamins, and, what`s paramount in this case, is less land-dependent. In this project, entomophagy, human consumption of insects, as the solution for malnutrition in Asian countries will be described and analyzed and maintain the idea that insects are environmentally sustainable as they use less land and water, also nutritionally valuable product due to the high calorie and protein, but according to the different prices in regions and marketing insects in unsanitary condition lead to low demand and consumption of edible
