The five of us met weekly and collaborated with the professor on lesson plans while answering students’ questions during lecture. Furthermore, my peers and I created a model or an activity, related to the week’s lesson, to illustrate a concept in chemistry.
Tuckman’s group development model has five stages that we go through it. First stage of group development is forming where the project coordinator sends email of my group member and within a week we should identify the communication channel where we used email to decide using whatsapp. By email and then whatsapp we introduce ourselves and build social interaction. After that we should determine the company for our project. In this stage some kind of disagreement arise in which each one choose different and some do not matter what will be select, so we decide that each person should select one company and provide us reasons of chosen company to convince others.
Introduction To date I have completed three classes and one group facilitation exam for this semester. The aim of this assignment is to demonstrate my personal and professional learning for the duration of the module. It will discuss the definition of group work; how I planned for my group exercise; it will outline my learning as a facilitator and observer for a thirty minute exercise. I will use Bruce Tuckman 's five stage group development model to outline the stages of the group process. It will briefly discuss the feedback from my tutor and the group members.

Personal Leadership Statement. As a leader, I have a vision of strengthening the friendship of old classmates who were together for three years and plan on how we can reach to the development by putting our ideas and resources together for investment. I like to lead the meeting for my senior six class, and l lead the meeting in my own way. When I am leading I first make sure that the group knows well what we are going to talk about through explaining the topic clearly. This means that I have to first let them know the agenda of the meeting.
The groups met with both the internal and external facilitator once a week for six weeks. In the skills day, the groups learned about person centeredness as a framework and what values mean to the older person. As the first year of the study advanced, meetings and discussions were regularly had. As the years progressed, projects were established where the groups discussed the advantages of putting this framework into place. Reflection on the aspects they had learned also took place after each session.
Heading to my new assignment and into a work center where I can lead and encourage team dynamics, the use of team roles with help my subordinates and I mesh and accomplish the goals or tasks set before us. Once I arrive and meet my team, after feedback, and a short get to know period the application of team roles will take place. Knowing who on my team demonstrate the traits of creators, advancers, refiners, executors and flexors I can knowingly place them into positions where they can thrive and not only further their career but the mission. A common challenge we face in security forces faces is the morale issue. Working upwards of 90 hours a week can take a toll on any team it is my job as a flight chief to fix morale.
I also led a weekly discussion section, held individual office hours, and ran exam review sessions. Part of the challenge was to find an optimal method to communicate human physiology concepts to students. I utilized different techniques in my discussion sessions such as small group activities
Also, we need to send a list of things to improve team dynamic to Tracy and SAs. Michael will take responsibility for making constructive comments on the final report so other team members can fix their part. Later next week, each team member also has to do a peer review and finish the final essay
This seminar was very informative. The instructor of this class, Dr. Elizabeth Frander, gave a lot of information more specifically on the mid-term exam. Dr. Frander clarified to the students what should be expected in the mid-term exam, and how to answer certain questions. According to her, the mid-term exam will have an about 45 questions, and all the students will have 2 hours to take that exam. Dr. Frander went over the question how to differentiate the neoplastic cells, and also the difference between the benign and the tumor cells.
Behavioral Intervention Team: I attend Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) meetings regularly where I work with rest of the team members on reviewing incident reports submitted my students/staff members and assess the level of threats and risks. In each meeting we get involved in the critical decision making process to address emotional and behavioral issues associated with our students. I recommend the course of action after evaluating the situations from the faculty point of views. In Spring 2016, I took part in BIT presentation as a presenter in order to educate campus community about behavior of concern and reporting procedures. Madison was referred for a full psycho-educational evaluation as one part of her mandated three-year re-evaluation process. Madison has a current special education classification of Other Health Impaired, secondary to Neurofibromatosis. She is educated within a general education classroom; in addition, Madison attends resource room daily for 40 minutes in a five student to teacher ratio classroom (5:1). She receives counseling services with a counselor for thirty minutes twice a month. Her testing accommodations include extended time (1.5) and refocusing/redirection.
We will compute the number of students seen on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. We will review topics chosen for classroom guidance lessons, group topics, scores from student tests and assessments, and notes from professional and nonprofessional meetings teachers and administration.
