A baby girl was born at West Allis Memorial Hospital on July 21st, 2003. I was brought into an asian family of four, but now have a eight people in my family. As a child I was very loving and according to my parents, I was a good child. At the age of two, I became an older sister of my sister named Lucia. As I started to get older, my parents started to put me on competitive soccer leagues. I am currently playing soccer with the Croatian Eagles soccer club. I usually have practices three times a week and my games are usually every weekend. My soccer schedule takes up a lot of family time, but it’s worth it. When I enter high school, I want to make it onto the varsity girls soccer team. Not only do I enjoy playing soccer, but I also love sports. Playing sports is what I enjoy and what I really like to do. I enjoy playing, volleyball, basketball, football, badminton, and even …show more content…
Movies that I enjoy are action and adventure movies or comedies. When I dance, I usually dance to choreographed kpop songs. Which leads me to the type of songs I listen to. I enjoy listening to kpop songs and Christian songs. As for practicing my soccer skills/working out, I do things that can improve my performance in soccer. It’s very important to me to do good in soccer. When I don’t do good in soccer my dad sometimes gets disappointed and I don’t like disappointing him. I’ve watched myself grow from a little girl to a mature teen. I believe that my family played a big role in my life because I have been raised well. Though there are times when I think my parents are too over protective, I know that’s it only because they love and care for me. Plus, they’re parents, they’re supposed to care and love me. Just kidding, but I truly appreciate my parents for everything they do to me. I also appreciate all of my friends that I’ve had. All of these things have made me who I am
I wish I could include a picture of me playing soccer with this essay because that was all I did from age five to fifteen. Soccer was life for ten years so most people are surprised to hear that the fall of my senior year in high school I will Captain of my high school Cross Country team. How I became Captain of a running sport is an accomplishment I never saw coming. If you had asked me in elementary school, middle school, or even my first two years of high school if I would do anything but play soccer I would have said never. I am the youngest of three boys.
My friends because they keep me away from my parents. Without these guys, I wouldn’t be able to communicate my feelings or get my daily dose outside air. Today’s society is based
For many years of my life all I did was play soccer. I kicked around a soccer ball in my house, rushed out to the field to play during recess, and then went to practice after school. I was constantly playing and making new friends outside of the classroom. Some of the friends I’ve made playing youth soccer have become my best friends now.
I know that if I am every in a tough situation or I don’t know how to handle a problem, I can always come to my parents for advice to help me figure out what to do. I also know that my brothers will always be there for me if I ever need someone to talk to. My family always has my back in the toughest of times and I am beyond grateful for that. This makes me feel as if I never have to handle a tough situation alone. I am also very grateful that I have good friends that I can confide in and talk to about anything.
As an in-coming freshman who hadn’t played on a school team in middle school, I was at a disadvantage because I was behind in skills and didn’t know many of the tricks. Fortunately, the coach saw my potential and I made the varsity team. My coaches and teammates continually pushed me and helped me become an even better player than I was before. Over the course of my four years on the team, I faced several obstacles that made me feel weak and inadequate, but to overcome them I reminded myself that I loved soccer. The biggest obstacle I faced was getting a concussion my junior year.
The feeling of my cleats scraping the soil and the grass sends a scent of Mother Nature to my nose activating happiness and excitement within my heart. Soccer. I adore soccer players especially Ronaldo and Messi. They are my idols. Their skill, stamina, and power are unmatched in the world.
I began playing soccer when I was eight, which isn’t a very long time, but throughout the six years I’ve been playing, soccer has changed my life. My weekends, as well as some of my weekdays, have been devoted to soccer. Soccer has taught me how to be humble, kind and how to make sure my emotions don’t overpower my
Many people find their passions from when they are young. Whether that passion be basketball, writing poetry, or drawing cartoon characters, the love for it stems from a young age. For me, my passion is soccer. Albeit the love for soccer did not develop until my junior year, now I strive for success and let that determination carry me into my senior year.
Soccer has been a huge part of my life to say the least. I began playing competitively at the age of 4, and for years I continued to pursue it. This passion for soccer is ultimately what led me to Northwestern College in the form of a scholarship. For 2 years I played on the men’s program, with my final year being one in which I was a team captain. As a captain I was responsible for assisting in the design and execution of team practices, leading team lifting sessions, and motivating players on and off the field.
By the time I was thirteen I had been playing soccer in my city for nine years, and saw it as no more than a social event with running. I was never on the team that won the championship until 2013. When I showed up for the first practice all I saw was older girls, which made me nervous and anxious. I didn’t know it then, but these eight girls that I just met would be a big part of my life for the next five years. The day we won the championship was a turning point in my life.

You can enjoy the moments when you play with your friends and family as well as when you join a soccer team. You will be meeting new friends that you have not met before. It is helpful because you and your team will have rules to do when you play in the field, and they build trust with you which you can know everyone strength from weakness. Gaining a friend can increase your popularity which also at the same time will encourage you to play much better. For example, I have been playing soccer for a long time with my buddies, and they call me in every time there is a match.

The arrival of a new baby, especially the first always marks a new beginning for a mother. It comes with a lot of challenges more so if the mother is less knowledgeable about baby care. Take such as cleaning the baby for the first time, or feeding, it is not easy. The baby is still fragile and slippery and needs a special care. But if the mother is not ready for all these, or maybe, does not have any knowledge on what to do, the baby’s life might be endangered since the baby needs a special care which only the mother can give.
