Truth or fiction

Drones, hands free games, and The Maim Marlins. These are just a few predictions that Back To the Future foretold corrected. Back to the Future Part II was set on October 21, 2015 . The total amount of predictions Robert Zemeckis, The director of Back to the Future Part II, foretold was outstanding. Some of these grand ideas happened and some didn't.
Recreation
Hover boards -NO. I have dreamed of riding a hover board down my road. Marty McFly, the protagonist of the movie rides one often. As some of you may know Lexus has developed a real working hover board, but it is not like the one in the film. It is impractical, challenging to ride, and only goes on certain tracks. This makes the

Fashion was not one of the strong suits of the predictions. With another miss with Self-drying jackets we the self-drying was changed to water-resistant. Auto lace shoes -No. The convenience of Auto lacing is saving you minutes a day. This goofy idea was a personal favorite. Just the idea of not having to tie shoes is unfathomable. Although Nike sells wearable replicas of the shoe they don’t auto lace.

Fashion wasn't predicted exceedingly. But comparatively speaking, the 1960s and the 1980s have different fashion styles. So it wasn’t so far fetched. In conclusion, Back to the Future II has predicted multiple different things correctly and wrongly. It predicted from Double neck ties to Jaws 19 Back to the Future part II is truly a historic film. A student said "I think it is pretty awesome how something so far could be so spot on," and another student said " Its pretty cool,". I believe it is pretty cool and I believe you should too. As you watch the movie you get to see how realistic it really is. The people who design the outfits for the casts did such an excellent job. They made each and every person seem like they came from the past. Not only did their outfits fit the time period that they were trying to portray, but also their acting skills made it seem more like the time period. The set that was used also seemed like it fit the time period really well.
Hollywood over the years has created many technological inventions for their projects. For instance, Star Trek introduced the idea of the cell phone before it became a reality later in the 21st century. Phil of the Future, a Disney Channel sitcom, followed this Hollywood trend as well. Phil of the Future was about a teenaged boy named Phil, along with his family, who comes from the future to live a normal life in the mid 2000’s. They brought their futuristic lingo, holidays, and of course the gadgets/inventions.
The past and the future are not equal and comparing the two is a false comparison. A false number of choices is its own category.
Clockwork orange really tells readers more about predicting the future in stories made long ago. Clockwork Orange takes place in a small, hard governed dictatorial city. In this story citizens of the city are brainwashed not really paying attention to the corrupt society run by the youth. The entire city is getting destroyed slowly by violent crime committing youth. This story really told the future because in the story it talks about a futuristic city taking place in the future.
However, when I watched the movie, I felt as though everything I had imagined in my head from reading the book was wrong. Although, this might be the case since I read the book first, and then compared it to the
The movie Jurassic Park became an international sensation when it was released in 1993. It changed the cinematic art of storytelling. It was widely recognized as a high watermark in computer graphics (Timeline, 2015). The reason for these accolades was the extensive computer-generated imagery (CGI) that was used throughout the movie. Before Jurassic Park, CGI was used but not to this extreme that director Steven Spielberg demanded.
“The paradoxes of time travel are oddities, not impossibilities” (Lewis, 2009, p.310). This essay will, firstly explain the differences between logical and physical possibilities in order to analyse the storyline in the film Terminator One. Drawing on that definition, this essay will give two examples supporting the logical possibility of the film Terminator One. The first defense supporting the logical possibility of this film will be on the subject of the grandfather paradox while the second on the concept of causal loops.
Some of my favorite games, movies, and shows are based in the future. Laser guns, flying cars, robots, and so much more were all I thought about as a kid. One of my favorite movies ever is, ”Star Wars: Episode Two.” There were jetpacks, teleporters, and a weapon that could kill you with a single blow if on the torso or head and cut off any limb with a single cut. There was one thing that stood out to me and that was the vehicles.
Minority Report provides a unique perspective on the debate of determinism vs freewill. In the opening scene of Minority Report, John Anderton (Tom Cruise) is investigating a murder that has yet to happen. This is made possible by “precogs” human beings who have the ability to see into the future. Because of this ability, John is able to stop the murder before it
The past and future are inherently different entities. Clothing, technology, social structure, and building structure from the 19th century are characteristically different from what they are today. So imagine how vastly different the world will look in the year of 2517. This is the year in which Joss Whedon’s film Serenity is set. It is a science fiction movie with spaceships and space travel, although conversely half of it seems as if it takes place in the time of the Wild West.
The movie The Terminator is about a cyborg that is sent from the future to kill a woman named Sarah Connor who will give birth to a rebel leader in the near future. However a human was sent from the future as well, and his one and only job is to protect the mother of the future Rebel leader. Due to the story line and the acting this movie has gotten very good reviews and many
What did Back to the Future Part II predict that we would have in 2015? One of the few inventions was the hover board, which helped Marty escape from the bullies as he hovered over the water get-away.
The Time Machine While traveling to the future for some could be exciting, in the time traveler's case in H.G. Wells's "The Time Machine" it is intimidating because the future world looks like a paradise gone wrong from post-human to the structure of the environment. To start with, the nature of H.G. Wells's "The Time Machine" is intimidating due to the future world, which doesn't make sense. First, in post-human, the Morlocks used their strengths and powers against everyone. For example, taken from the text, "I shouted at them as loudly as I could. They started away, and then I could feel them approaching me again.
