We must have to admit that we all have bad habits. Bad habits are just a part of our day-to-day life. However, some of those bad habits are not simply bad; they are worse. Knowingly or unknowingly they take away our healthy lifestyle from us. But we are not able to understand about that unless we reach the end spot. Ultimately, then there would be nothing left for us to do. So this week I choose to deal with it.
