Last weekend I went to visit my one of my friends, who recently got a teaching job, in Rome, Georgia. Since there was nothing to do while in the small town I decided to head over to the museum to waste sometime and have something for my cultural event paper. I went on a tour and informational guide about Rome. The museum was called the Rome Area History Museum. The tour was sponsored by the Rome chamber of commerce and the tour lasted for 30-40 minutes.

I often wonder how they able to continue live with all of the unfortunate circumstances and experiences that have cause their lives to be in disarray, some situations due to poor choices and sometimes due to no fault of their own. The more I ponder that question the following scripture came to mind, “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.”

The Kern County Fair is one of the most fascinating events that takes place in Bakersfield, California. Student Engagement A good teacher should know how to engage students in learning activities and be able to respond to diverse students needs in the classroom. The classroom observations I have seen these past week has shown me examples of good teachers. In all the classes I observed the students sat quietly and were always ready to raise their hands and answer questions. In my kindergarten class all the students were really into their assignments and wanted approval of their work from their teacher.
