Bangkok Travels

Here at CRMD we’re all about travel. Whether you’re out for an excursion or saying fuggit to your tourist visa renewal, we’ll give you the heads up on places to go and what to check out.

Sights:

The North of Thailand has rice fields, small mountains (some of them worth an excursion to), hidden villages, wonderful Khao Soi (A Burmese influenced noodle dish) and legit Trekking adventures. Some of the great spots up North are Chiang Mai and Pai, but I highly recommend a stop in Sukhothai, which is a serene and fascinating place.

The South is a tropical with large swaths of beaches and seaside views which offers diving in the southern most locations (Ko Lipe, has beautiful coral, but Ko Tao and Ko Phi Phi have very greyed out

It's very easy. The bus station I've always used is the one by the Ekkamai skytrain stop, but there are a few others, including one at the new airport.

Definitely go to Pattaya for New Year's Eve. The beach fireworks are awesome. All the major hotels have their own displays along the whole waterfront, plus all the Thais and tourists firing off their own from the beach.

Go to Poipet. There are multiple buses that pick you up at Lumphini Park, and it's only 200 baht to get there. Poipet is on the border of Cambodia and Thailand, but they have all the casinos. Its about a 4 hour ride from Bangkok to Poipet. If you lose money, damn that ride back sucks balls.

Getting there: tickets are cheaper in the down season which is summer time in the US I can get tickets from $1200-$1300 Roundtrip from Atlanta-Bangkok(30 days) anytime from the end of may to july High season is a bitch if you are looking to save some dosh don't go during

You pretty much pick them up like you would anybody. Thai chicks, in general, seem to be cool with casual sex. The standard compliments and shit work. Doesn't take too much because of a lot if Thai dudes are "dicks" so they aren't used to hearing that shit. If you can speak basic Thai, like Hello, beautiful and simple things like that. It pays dividends. Never mention money. Even if not a hooker, one of two things will happen. She'll take it or be offended. You might find yourself even fucking a hooker for free. Known st ot unbeknownst to you.

Food: don't be a pussy about the street food. It's cheap as fuck and better tasting than most restaurants. A lot of them will only have chopsticks so make sure you know how to use
