The fact that Ehrenreich is being interviewed, shows that this is reliable resource due to the fact she isn’t the one starting the interview. Throughout the book, the audience understand that the author can’t revealed herself to her employees or managers because of knowing the fact she’ll never receive the same treatment or job in the first place.
