For instance, manager should be obligated and compatible to handling issues effectively as it is one of a manager’s roles. As written communication acts as a reminders for both Fratini’s and HSWB, thus each manager may consider in the use of verbal communication strategy such as announcement.
Fratini’s may need to learn more or less from HSBW on managing barriers of communication as they should not ignore their illiterate employees in which their skills can be enhanced through trainings. It can be concluded that expanding the business globally is a challenge in terms of its communication as businesses will need to use different racial of employees as range of channels to communicate effectively with all of its customers globally.
In accordance to that, HSBW can also learn from the success of Fratini’s in global communication.
