For this assignment, I wanted my subject to be my boyfriend. He sees me on a regular basis, and I wanted to see if he would be able to recognize the changes in the experiment. In the beginning of the day, I wore black yoga pants with a white t-shirt. My hair was tied up and no makeup was worn. We went to the supermarket together to get some grocery for his family. When we were in the snack aisle, I excused myself and changed my shirt. Instead of wearing a plain white t-shirt, I changed into a teal tank with delta letters on it. My boyfriend did not say anything about the change. After grocery shopping, we went back to his house to drop off the groceries. I went into his room and applied on mascara, did my eyebrows, and braided my hair. Once
The name of the lab is “Drops on a Penny.” I was expected to find the independant variable, dependant variable, write a hypothesis, and test the experiment. After testing the experiment multiple times, I needed to find the average amount of drops for each trial, graph them, and tell what kind of relationship it is. The last thing I needed to do was rewrite the details of the project and write a conclusion. The point of the experiment was to have the students get used to the idea of a lab, and get familiar with independent and dependent variables.
We were asked to correctly communicate these findings as we tested each of the substances she had encountered with both water and hexane. In experiment number three, The Relationship Between the Volume of a Gas and the Temperature, we where given a list of materials and asked to come up with our own procedure, which we did using zip lock bags filled with air, and submerged fully in a measured amount of water in order to find the volume, and then the change in volume when the temperature of the water was increased. In the fourth experiment we were asked to find the temperature of heated water, based on the cold and warm water. The experiment also required that each section be preformed several times in order to ensure accuracy, and also asked that the experimental responsibilities be split up between lab partners, each doing a section of the testing. This gave us an opportunity to work together with our fellow lab partners, with no one person doing the bulk of the work.
The Constant Variable would be environment and temperature. The Materials needed for the experiment are pencil, paper bag, and stopwatch. There are two components of the procedures section, as there was a pre-lab activity, and the actual experiment. For the pre-lab activity, there was one group member who would breathe into the bag for three minutes, while another group member times thirty-second intervals. The other two group members would observe the
Whenever I pulled up at his house I had gotten to hang out but then we went to bed. The next morning whenever I woke up we made Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, and Toast. We were going to eat outside because it was so nice. One thing that we had to make sure of was that we put on our bug spray because of the bad mosquitoes out there.
After the experiment I would ask the participants to fill out a survey and participate in an interview; allowing me to gather more personal data about how the person felt, what they assumed I was doing, how the person wanted to act and or say and why they did or didn 't follow
On the way we got juicy tacos. As we were driving to Six Flags we saw lots of people gathered around and really caught my eye. So we went to see and it was an amazing dancer that was all in gold. He reminded me of The Cat In The Hat because he had an extremely long black hat. After we left the gold dancer, we were still on our way.
Based on the following observations, the owner of these artifacts is a football Cat, a guitar Cat, and a wealthy, smart, conservative Cat. Our Cat included four items: a 9th grade football game film DVD, a basic scientific calculator, a guitar pick, and a Chick-Fil-A gift card. In regards to the 9th grade football game film DVD, it can tell us a lot about the subject. Boldly displayed, the name of the school resides on the cover. Westminster, a Christian-based elite coed school in Atlanta, GA welcomes students of all kinds every year, for the steep tuition (per year) of $28,000.
On Monday 06/27/16 at 2148 hours I was dispatched for an assault at Cedar Ridge Apartments located at 30819 124th Ave SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amber Archer, stated a male was hitting children with a cane. When I arrived I observed several people in a group speaking with Officer T. Minkler. Officer Minkler pointed to a male, a stated he was a possible witness and father to one of the victims.
Observations have been made over the past week from September 11th through September 15th on subject x and their behavior. Three periods in a day subject x was examined. At the end of the week I made conclusions on subject x on who they are as a person. Many of the same behaviors were repeated over and over giving me a clear understanding of why they do what they do.
He points out results about his experiment and the distribution of the chemicals within:...... (((“My husband and I both work. We split midnight baby feedings ... but ... he will admit that he’s never cleaned the bathroom, that I do the dishes nine times out of ten, and that he barely knows how the washer and dryer work in the apartment we’ve lived in for over eight months.”))) …...
In my last week in Wilkinson Middle School I was observing Classroom Procedures .Ms. Culberson is a very fun teacher but she is really strict in every one that enters her classroom knows that .Ms. Culberson might not be in the class whenever the bell rings but her students know to start in the bell ringer. She times her student and they all have to work quickly and quietly. They grade the bell ringer after words she asks for their grade and they have to say it out loud.
The purpose of our project was to examine how accessible it would be to make medieval cosmetics from the Trotula while also learning about the beauty standards of the Medieval Ages. Two of our recipes were tested on a doll to detect any effects on its skin. I did a "recipe" that involved filling a veil with sweet-smelling ingredients such as cloves and nutmeg. The purpose was just to make the hair smell pleasant. I decided to make this recipe due to the fact that I wear a veil on a daily basis and I feel that my hair could smell more fragrant.
Next, we went to get old type pictures it was so funny because you were wearing something that you would never imagine yourself wearing. Another thing is we went to an amusement park we went on all kinds of rides our favorite one was the log ride where you were in a log o water and it took you on two drops one was small and steep and the
