This can truly be done effectively when one gets to personally understand their patient, not just in a medical setting but beyond that. As a Physician’s Assistant we are not only working with the health and scientific aspect, rather it is a combination of health and culture that someone comes from. There are a significant amount of skeptics out in the world that are wary when it comes to information from healthcare providers. Having that ability to effectively create a comfortable environment which providing accurate and effective information is essential. By having the opportunity to practice as a physician's assistant I would be able to help others in various specialties as well. The flexibility and ability to rapidly explore different specialties within the field would also increase my ability to maximize helping the most people to receive quality care. As humans in general we learn to adapt and transform. As society evolves and grows we as providers need to as well. The flexibility in changing specialties is essential because as the population and world changes so does the needs that people require. Physician’s assistants are trained holistically, the broad program allows for a multitude of information on varying specialties to be learned.
