Being on time is and always will be, an extremely vital aspect of military bearing and discipline. The slightest degree of hesitation or procrastination can possibly result in severely hindering mission capability and readiness, but also can without a doubt cost unnecessary loss of life even if you are only late by a few minutes. This is one of the big reasons why the military stresses being prompt with everything we do. It is why we have drills to disassemble our weapons and then put them back together. Being prompt does not mean to go unnecessarily fast as to cause the opposite of what is intended like breaking or losing something, or getting yourself or someone else hurt.
Have you ever thought about those people who were fighting in the World Wars or any other? Those people were fighting for their country, for their families and future generations. If military service was mandatory, people would not have a choice to go or not to go to the army. They would have to defend their Motherland anyway. This could bring them up as mature and responsible men.
First, attitude; the way we grasp the world and epitomize the view to others is everything. People at work who have a frightful attitude that does their optimum to make the rest of the staff unhappy are pretty much just gazing for attention to drawn everybody else into their turmoil. Being professional we must distinguish how to separate personal life and professional life to work productively. Together with, willing to work with others or be a team player formulates the workloads lesser and makes the day run smoothly. Show a willingness to learn and volunteer for an innovative task at hand to support others demonstrate a respectable attitude and
In the fleet, there are many times when officers need to make difficult decisions: decisions that have large consequences. Sometimes, it seems easier to solve the problem by making the wrong decision because the immediate consequences can be a burden. However, it is important for officers to make the correct decisions, even if they have consequences. One situation that comes up often in the fleet is the opportunity to “gun-deck,” which means signing off on something that has not been finished or inspected. Since officers are the leaders in the military, they are the ones most often put in the position to gun-deck.

Four of my core values that I believe can inform a good leader are Respect, Honesty, Reliability, and Positivity. When a leader respects his workers/employees/team he or she shows them that they are valued and when they recognize that, respect becomes mutual which then leads to productive and engaged employees. In my opinion, is the second core value I believe can inform a good leader. Without honesty a leader can’t lead with integrity. When you are an honest leader you earn trust from those you are leading, and when you are trusted work can get done more efficiently and effectively.
They fought for the people who couldn't fight for themselves. I believe that the soldiers who stood on the front lines to fight in wars are very brave. I also believe that the soldiers who were not in the front lines were just as brave to be there to support our country. Even those who are peacetime veterans are important and should be honored just the same. Peacetime veterans are home and get to be around their family while knowing that at any time they could be called in to fight.
I should not step back by thinking that “there is nobody accompanies me to the event that I make me feel lonely during this event”. So, I had already won half of the war as I ready and take action to show up every day. Next, being consistent is more important than showing up. This is because being

Furthermore, serving in military force have opportunities in soldiers’ lives: self-discovery, training, honor etc. Troops dedicate themselves in military duty in order to keep tranquility, defend political conditions, preserve independency, soothe the tension in all over the world. More importantly, being a service member is a correct decision for this individual’s future life or the future of other individuals that they constantly give important to. In the same way, they do not protect only their families or friends but they protect all the society with devoting their lives to soldiering.
Every Marine fighting on the front lines for the United States is there because he or she volunteered and made a commitment to the country. Although the military is an excellent place for young people to learn discipline, some of them don’t have respect for the Introduction Statement of issue Position statement with supporting reasons Proposal of alternative, with advantages service the military provides. Nobody would want soldiers fighting in combat who didn’t really want to be there; if people are forced to do a task they haven’t chosen, their performance will be hindered. Moreover, the U.S. military is known as an elite force. Only a few can make it through all of the training and disciplinary procedures that the military uses to prepare its forces.
