Language is an art. An art is a language. To define language is the hardest thing on the earth because one needs a language to define language. Emotions and feelings are the elements used by the artist to express it to the nature. Mostly everything in this world has a day to celebrate it, same goes to language too. Yes, the month of December is known for “ National Learn A Foreign Language Month.”

The Oxford dictionary defines language as the method of human communication, either spoken or written, consisting spoken or written using in a structured and conventional way. There are approximately 5000 to 7000 languages in the world. Knowing or the ability to use more than two languages are known as multilingualism and it has its own benefits that reflects global citizenship and cultural understanding.

The knowledge of the native language of a country eases our interaction process in the particular country and can help facilitate our travels. The journey will be much easier and enjoyable when we know the native language of a country. This is because speaking to them in their native language will be more convenient to them. Knowing their language helps us to travel easily in their country such as to know which is the best place to have dinner. Mostly, people from the native place that we travel will always enjoy welcoming us in their language.
