This is because of the lack of knowledge about our lifestyle, how to stay fit and healthy by including eating habits together with physical activity. If we knew how to keep healthy, our lives would be much more enjoyable. If you for example wish to lose 2 pound healthily a week, you can simply tell yourself to eliminate 500 calories from your daily caloric intake and burn 500 calories from daily exercise. This can become a habit that you wouldn’t mind having because it will lead to healthy weight loss and a beautiful body. Making habits for all you healthy life choices will simply help your physiological self. If you tell yourself to eat healthy and therefore eat healthily, you will be proud of yourself and this feeling can continue to lead to a healthy lifestyle.
