When I was 10 years old I fell into hole of isolation, I didn’t want to hang out with friends, I didn’t want to try hard in school, and I generally was just going through life one step at a time. However, during that period, I found an important part of my character that I still have today, and that is, gaming. Gaming has been, is, and will continue to be a very rewarding hobby to many, due to its physical and mental benefits.
Many people believe that gaming is detrimental to one’s mental and physical health, and one’s ability to be social, but is that really the case? In my personal experience, gaming has been a very beneficial and rewarding hobby. I have gained and built upon skills such as, quick decision making, teamwork, communication, and reaction time to name a few physical and mental benefits. Also, contrary to popular belief, gaming does not create isolation, instead, it creates a common interest between one person and 2.2 billion people around the world. I can speak from experience that gaming has connected me with people more than it has disconnected me from them.

How many high school athletes go on to play in college? According to Ncaa.com only 6% of high school athletes will play in college. Meanwhile, parents in youth sports have a problem when it comes to pushing their kids, little do they know that it can hurt their kids more than it can help them. As far as youth sports go, there are the parents who are involved in the youth sports programs to develop the kid’s social skills, athletic ability, and to help keep their kids live healthy lifestyles. There are also the parents that put their children in sports with the hopes that their kids will end up going to college, getting a scholarship, and will eventually go pro.
Besides, it affects the social development such as the ability to communicate with others and the sleep deprivation. Soccer is an international sport that is for many centuries and decades. It helps to release the stress from the job, homework and college. Also, preserve the children from negative influences such as drugs, tobacco, and alcohol. The children will grow with a healthy lifestyle. Soccer is a sport that includes eleven members in the team and soccer rules are the same in each country likewise it is played outside in the yard or the club.
Are video-games a sport? In recent years a pressing topic that has surfaced, especially among parents to children involved in such activities. I am of the belief that they are as real of a sport as football and hockey and that professional gamers should for all intents and purposes be considered athletes. Upon analysis of this issue statement, the impact it has on children will be discussed to show how it affects the well- being of children. Support and refutation of the same issue statement will also be provided in this paper to provide evidence of the research findings in this context.
