Different martial arts have their own different way of fighting and defending. It is the way to survive in different situations in centuries ago. In this modern technology world, advancement in technology causes obesity and many more of deadly diseases. For example, obesity can cause many harmful killer diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer. Fatal outcomes may be faced to those who have these diseases. Martial art trainings can overcome obesity. Martial arts trainings will also improve cardiovascular health and the reflexes can be improved because continuous trainings will improve our blood flow of blood circulations and good blood flow can ensure a good health condition. As a human being, it is a normal thing to do mistakes. Students must learn from the mistakes that been done by them and correct the mistakes next time. A good martial art trainee will teach the skills in order to show the good attitudes that can be shown through martial arts toward society. The main aim of martial art is to teach the students to defend, but not to attack. A defensive step is much more beneficial than attacking as it can help us to prevent a big fight that may resulted from our bad decision. The training knights and samurais endured had many fundamental similarities. Of these, one of the main ones was that training began at a young age. Being a black belt has opened my eyes to just how much the younger students depend on me. The dojo is where I go to learn new things, to teach students new things, and to become stronger both physically and mentally.
1843 Waking up at the usual time of 6:30am, I prepared for my daily hand to hand combat lessons which commence at 7:00am leaving half an hour to arrange myself. Breakfast was a large bowl of white rice sitting on one of the flat rocks that lay in the centre of my garden. Today my lessons covered literature, flower arranging, meditating and jiu jitsu. I have always loved my hand to hand combat classes. My uncle is my teacher and a guardian and I've always aspired to be as protective as him.

Doing this through high schools allow students to maintain their busy schedules as well as teaching them in a low risk and low-cost environment where they feel comfortable to express concerns and ask questions as they learn.
