P.E is one of the most liked subjects in school. Most students like P.E since the students like sports. But they don’t realize the benefits they get just by doing P.E. The students can achieve different goals, have different skills and even makes their health better. So by explaining the benefits of P.E like achieving their goals, achieving different skills, relieving stress, and having better health, students can realize how beneficial P.E can be. One of the benefits by doing P.E is that the students can have an experience of achieving their goal. In P.E, students often make a goal at the start of the year so they can reach their goal at the end of the year. For example, at the start of the year, the student’s goal might be,”I will be able to do 30 pushups within 60 seconds.” By setting these goals the students will have self-confidence in themselves and the students would have a clear thought of what they would have to do that year.
