According to my big 5 results, I scored 13 points in Extraversion, 30 points in Agreeableness, 36 points in Conscientiousness, 34 points in Neuroticism, and 33 points in Openness. The reason why I scored really low in Extraversion than the four others is because I don’t have much of a will power for socializing with other. I meanly keep to myself in school and I reality leave the house since I don’t like being around a lot of people. I am a huge introvert when it comes to staying quiet which isn’t a good thing since we live in a social environment but I am more comfortable being alone then being among a lot of people. According to my Hexaco results, I scored 4.75 points in Honesty-Humility, 2.50 points in Emotionality, 1.38 points in Extraversion, 3.13 points in Agreeableness, 4.13 points in Conscientiousness, and 3.50 points in Openness. …show more content…
My emotional state proofs that I have a high level of Anxiety and a low or either in-between state when it comes to fearfulness, dependence, and sentimentality. From these two reviews it seems I should at least try to work on my Extraversion because I need to at least interact with more people face to face then just talking to my online friends but as of right now I’m comfortable the way I am now. In my VIA character strengths, my top five strengths include 1. Bravery,
The strengths that were identified this time taking the assessment were all characteristics that I strongly identify with. The most recent assessment showed that my strengths are, in order, Futuristic, Context, Relator, Restorative, and Analytical. This is in comparison to my 2014 results of Includer, Harmony, Consistency, Relator, and Analytical. My 2014 results were much more reflective of someone in the relationship building domain, something that I would actually consider myself only competent at, if not a weakness of mine. I am solid in those aspects, but thought that it overestimated my capabilities

Upon completion of the Strengths Finder survey, I learned I have five areas of strength (Clifton & Anderson & Schreiner, 2006). These strengths are; achiever, communication, arranger, positivity, and ideation. I must admit, before taking this survey there were doubts surrounding its accuracy. By nature, I am a sceptic of this type of personal inflection conducted by an outsourced company. Prior to taking it, I kept telling myself, there is no possible way that a simple survey can give me insight on my inner workings.
According to the StrengthsFinder survey, my top five signature strengths/themes are: Ideation, Adaptability, Deliberative, Activator, and Command (StrengthsFinder, 2015). Admittedly, the level of accuracy in which the survey was able to identify some of my traits was surprising. However, these are traits I have been aware of and developed over the years from childhood to present day, but have not had them in such a format that adds context. The survey results were right about me taking one day at a time – I do not worrying about things such as legacy, long term career goals, and what people think of me – Adaptability.
After reviewing my VIA and Gallup strength results, I noticed a contrast between collective and individualistic characteristics. For instance, my VIA strengths are as follows: Humor, forgiveness, Fairness, Bravery, and Curiosity. All of which, display my collective side. First, Humor, my top strength, presents itself in my inner desire to see those around me cheerful rather than upset.
In this paper, I will assess my identity and my personal history and how it relates to social work professions. I first address my personal history and cultural background, where I came from, as well as my experience in working in the community. I then talk about my overall strengths, both in personal and professional lives. My strengths are listening skills, open-mindedness, respect for diversity and eagerness to learn and improve my weaknesses. Afterward, I discuss my weaknesses, such as nonassertive communication skill and low self-esteem problems, and how I plan to address these issues.
People usually notice that I 'm cheerful, kind, thoughtful, and very trustworthy. Traits that aren 't so obvious are that I overthink everything, worrisome, and that I tend to

My emotional strengths consist of being patient, well-balanced, easygoing, and relaxed. Being patient as a mental health therapist is important because some clients might have a hard time opening up and expressing themselves. I might have some good strengths but there are some weaknesses I have emotionally. My weaknesses include being shy, quiet, and worried. As a therapist, it's important to not be shy because if I’m shy the clients won’t get the help they need due to me not saying enough advice I need to get due to me being

Based on Pavlov’s theory of strong and weak nervous systems, which is if someone with a strong nervous system has a better chance of tolerating higher intensities of stimulation, while a weak nervous system a person has a lower chance of tolerating high intensities of stimulation (Cloninger, 2013, p. 176), Hans Eysenck expanded to say that there are three more factors of personality, other than a tolerance towards stress. Extraversion is the basically the same thing as strong nervous system, where a person is still social during high stressful times (Cloninger, 2013, p. 177). Neuroticism is the second factor, where a person tends to be extremely emotionally during times of stress (Cloninger, 2013, p. 178). And lastly, is psychoticism where a person does not conform to cultural norms and can be classified as a social deviant during stressful times (Cloninger, 2013, p.

This test was spot on. I very much agree with the different factors and each facet. For example, with the extraversion facets they were almost all average scores. What caught my eye was that the gregariousness was very low, I’m friendly and pretty cheerful
