Since CBS is going to co-produce Big Brother Buddy with Endemol Shine group, but do not own the rights of the programme, the license is necessary for them. CBS will benefit from the co-production and get a increased license. The license will only be exclusive for North America despite Endemol Shine is located all around the world. It will only be extracted for one season since Big Brother Buddy is just an experimental season. Informants/Jailhouse Snitches In addition to the confession tapes, the prosecution uses six informants and jailhouse snitches who all claim that either Tommy Ward or Karl Fontenot confessed to the crimes in prison. Of the six, two of them have incentives to lie on the stand. The first three informants the prosecution calls to the stand are "members of Ada's running crowd" Mayer, 1987, p. 279). The defence, though, establishes that one of those three witnesses has a substantial reason to testify against Tommy Ward; the "witness had been let out of prison term early" in exchange for a testimony against Ward.

The Stolen Party” In “The Stolen Party”, author Liliana Heker uses third person limited point of view to only tell the reader how Rosaura feels. In the book It only allows the reader to know how Rosaura feels, not anybody else and that creates suspense. One reason for using using the third person limited point of view is to hide how everybody feels about Rosaura.
