Bilbo Baggins has gone from a Hobbit to a Hero. In the minds of the readers Bilbo was not a hero, but he became one. He became a hero by going through trials, helping lots of people, and went from worrying about leaving his hobbit hole to fighting mythical creatures. Bilbo has gone through many trials, good and bad. While going through these trails Bilbo realizes what being a leader and hero is about. For example, in The Hobbit Bilbo comes across a Gollum and has to play his games and solve his riddles. He gets past the Gollum to continue his journey. Helping people is one of the many things Bilbo does. On his rigorous adventure he has helped his friends many times. One of the times was when Bilbo used his invisibility to help the Dwarves
