Philosophers, have been trying to define what is the meaning of government. The American revolutionary war has redefined what is a government and people are still trying to figure it out. Therefore the revolution hasn’t ended. A revolution is a change in a political organization, especially when a government or ruler is overthrown and substituted by the governed.
