Nowadays, technology create an extensive effect in business productivity, implementation of technological applications by hotels is expanding in all areas including information technology and security areas (Crick & Spencer et al, 2011). Regarding the safety and security reason, hotel industry seems to be more aware after several cases of terrorists’ attack worldwide and also many cases of robbery, identity theft and kidnapping are occurred in tourist destinations including hotels which effect directly to hotels businesses (Kapiki,2012, pp.2) thus, the rates of using Biometrics in hotels are higher in recent years.
