4.0 PRODUCTION STRATEGY
Our company headquarter is located in Demak Laut Industrial Park. The reason why we choose this area is because it have good and efficient infrastructure in that area. The State Government have maintained good linkage to this industrial area. As an example, the Senari port is located about 8km away from the industrial zone. This will make the shipment of products and raw materials easier to the company. Other than that, the roads linking to the industrial zone are also well maintained by the government. Our company will also have an office located in Seoul, Korea and Beijing, China for our marketing and site office. It will make us easier to deliver and make a marketing plan for both of that nation.

Company decide to outsource it because it will reduce the cost of producing and processing the birds nest. The price of processed bird’s nest is around RM2000 to RM5000 per kg depending on the grade. Moreover, the production also involved in using spunlace nonwoven for the facial mask, the cost to produce the material is high and using high tech machine, and we decided to outsource it to a production company Xinlong Nonwoven Co., Ltd. which is located in Guangzhou China. The suppliers of the raw materials are carefully chosen in order to get the best quality and increased quantity of production without any default and damage goods produced. Nevertheless, we feel that we could met all of our customer orders in time because we have a well-trained team in production, the fastest courier associate to send all of our products. 1 Trained staffs are better than 10 people of staff that doesn’t know steps in production because it could lead to less efficiency and time consuming. Aside from that, DHL is also a well-established company in logistics. It is a well-known company for their efficiency in their service. We are also confident that our products could penetrate the Malaysian, Korea, and China market because it is certified by Jakim. With this certification it will boost the confidence of muslim consumers all around the world.
