My company culture will be a family in friendly environment. My mission statement is we are a company that believe people are the creators of change. We bring the community youth together to build leadership and Excellence for the future and interment that involves thousands in creating, influencing and changing public view on black & brown youth. The key policies for Sky is the Limit will be, beginning is easy, Continuing is hard Honesty, fairness, integrity and respect. There will be 8 key managing positions. (1) Owner aka CEO (salary pay 85$ hourly) which is me I’m going to be in charge of the product or services and day-to-day operations. Example Planning, Stocking, Shipping, Delivering, Inspecting, Improving, Supply chain. & Transportation. They’re going to be (1) Operations manager.
