Blended Case Management is a voluntary program that provides 24-hour access to case management services (Human Services, Inc., 2016). The main goal of a Case Manager is to educate and support clients to make choices that support their recovery and to guarantee psychiatric, medical services, housing services, as well as social supports (Human Services, Inc., 2016). Our Domestic Violence and Anger Management treatment programs are designed to provide treatment to court ordered offenders (Human Services, Inc., 2016).
