What makes Charlotte Geaghan- Breiner’s essay an academic argument is the evidence proven from research to back up her argument. She uses this argument to put sense into an audience of anyone who has children and give them information on how nature can be the solution to many problems. The type of argument Geaghan-
“Discrimination on the basis of age is an outrage and a violation our civil rights!” (Source 3) There’s many reasons to refuse service to someone whether it's for not dressing to their specifications, for practicing a different religion, or if that person is a non-paying customer. There have also been cases where people have been banned based on stereotypes or generalizations. In this case, Joseph Jones’ has banned teenagers from his restaurant, Munchy’s, because he believes that their rowdy behavior is the cause of his restaurant losing money and less adults eating there.
Jan Rindfleisch support her argument by pointing out that minorities do in fact, make up half of the population in the state of California. She further backs her argument by expressing that it isn’t fair, nor does it make sense to have museums and galleries to specifically generate private clubs and exhibitions just to display an “ethnic-only” show. She hints that, that is whitewashing, ostracizing, and completely racist to the minority population. Rindfleisch then articulates that “Art is a visual communication,” and to isolate half of California’s population, it literally means that that visual communication is being impeded. The author finally then refers to how art illustrates one’s self, their values, and how it is reflected back to an
The author, Jan Librach argues that the demonstration of force that was used to conquer the nation of Ukraine, was the beginning stages of Russia’s conquest to suppress the surrounding nations of Eastern Europe, creating the surge of Russia’s determination for preservation of its empire and destroying nationalism throughout the countries they possessed authoritarian rule. Librach proves the argument by providing evidence of demand for independence by the Ukrainian Central Rada (council), for the nation of Ukraine after the news of the Russian Revolution spread throughout the world. He provides a quote from the document, “Communist Take Over & Occupation of Ukraine” from the Select Committee on Communist Aggression, which provides documentation
Steven Furtick is not justified in building his multi-million-dollar home. His actions alone speak volumes about his inner guilt. Not to mention the many nondisclosure agreements he had members and volunteers sign, using the church to for his own personal gain and not living above reproach. Steven’s response to the reporters questioning him about this home was despicable.
Gretchen Weirob’s argument is based on the view that physical identification is more important towards personal identity rather than psychological features. For example, Weirob believes that a person can identify with their body because they can see their body and it’s certain capacity; the body is very rational. Which is why she would not want her brain to be put into someone else’s body. She believes the body is the unique differentiation to an individual’s identification. Her argument becomes clear when she discusses the idea that someone can be manipulated, put under hypnosis or delusional to think that a different body from Weirob’s is Gretchen Weirob.

Rind’s article was created to give readers an understanding of the Sun’s role in climate variations. The hypothesis suggested that there are multiple other climate forcing factors which work with the sun to create climate changes. Rind’s evidence presented in the paper focused on many important aspects, referring to not just modern factors which affected climate systems but also those that were present millions of years ago during the ice ages. While Rind presents information on both past and current events, she also addressed how our past ideas of how climate change worked were inaccurate. Furthermore, Rind backed up statements with several different collections of modern scientific data enabling her to compare and contrast what actually happened and what should have happened.

Well, fiction stories are those that describe imaginary events and people.
When Peter Thiel, the founder of PayPal and Sillicon Valley Entrepreneur, addressed the Republican National Committee he gave a speech to convince the audience to support Donald Trump. Thiel’s argument supported Aristotle’s claim that your argument must appeal to the uneducated. Thiel’s audience is considered uneducated because when the camera panned to the crowd you could see people cheering with Donald Trump signs, and according “The Atlantic” more than 60% of Trump supporters do not have a college degree. One of the ways Thiel catered his argument to his audience is by saying, “Americans get paid less today than ten years ago. But healthcare and college tuition cost more every year.”
