Bob Goff's Non-Profit Organization: Restore International

“I used to be afraid of failing at something that really mattered to me, but now I’m afraid of succeeding at things that don’t matter.” This is a quote from Bob Goff who has done tremendous things to not only help his community but the world. He has worked on changing the world through the organizations he founded. Bob Goff started a non-profit organization and donates large sums of money to another charitable organizations. Bob Goff has made an impact through his organizations, his philanthropy, and how he spreads his ideas.
Bob Goff founded a non-profit organization called Restore International (“Best Selling”). It was founded in 2003 when he went to underdeveloped countries in Africa and saw all the neglect, sex trafficking, and abuse (“New York Times”). After seeing all these things that were going wrong he decided to do something about it and so Restore International was started.

In India, over seventy brothels have been raided. Over 200 children have been rescued, and over ten traffickers have been arrested. In Uganda, over 358 students have gone to primary school, over twenty-five students have attended the university, and over twenty-five live in safe houses. Restore International has a website where everyone can get involved and help these countries. All you have to do is donate one dollar a day and you could help 500 kids in these countries (“New York Times”).
